Terms of Service

Effective date: 27 May 2026

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SageDesk. By using SageDesk, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent.

The service

SageDesk is the operating system for business phone calls, currently delivered through an AI receptionist and front-desk workflow for administrative tasks such as bookings, confirmations, FAQs, reschedules, and human handoff.

Authorized use and accounts

You are responsible for ensuring that only authorized users connect systems, configure workflows, and request actions through SageDesk. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials and connected tools secure.

Calendar integrations

If you connect Google Calendar or another calendar service, you authorize SageDesk to use that access to support your requested scheduling workflow. That includes checking availability and creating, updating, rescheduling, or cancelling appointment invites.

You are responsible for making sure you have the right to grant that access, the right to schedule the relevant appointments, and the right to share invite details with the participants involved.

Customer responsibilities

Availability and changes

SageDesk may update, refine, or discontinue features from time to time. The service is provided on an evolving basis, especially during pilot or early-access phases. SageDesk will use reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed.

Third-party services

SageDesk depends on third-party providers, including infrastructure and integration services. Those services are governed by their own terms and availability, and SageDesk is not responsible for downtime or policy changes controlled by those third parties.

Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SageDesk is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. SageDesk will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.

Termination

SageDesk may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if use creates security or legal risk, or if a pilot or commercial relationship ends. You may stop using the service at any time and disconnect integrations through the relevant provider settings.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to hello@sagedesk.in.

Short version: if you ask SageDesk to manage appointment invites through your connected calendar, that is the job it is allowed to do. No secret side quests.
